'would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here'?
'that depends a great deal on where you want to get to,' said the cat.
'I don't much care where-' said Alice.
'then it doesn't matter which way you go,' said the cat.
'-so long as I end up somewhere,' Alice added as an explanation.
'Oh, you're sure to do that' said the cat,'if only you walk long enough'.

hey......you guys should follow this link threadless and vote for my tee for the following ten reasons.
1. its a cool print.
2. if you vote you will receive instant good karma.
3. i need the money.
4. if my tee gets enough votes it will be printed and worn all over the world and that would be awesome.
5. you are already sitting in front of the computer anyway so why not?
6. it took me long time to figure out how to download my design onto the threadless website so it would make it worth all the hard work if lots of people vote.
7. its just a nice thing to do
8. then you could buy one and receive even more good karma and who doesn't want more good karma??
9. because then my bird in a bunny suit would be a happy bird in a bunny suit.
10. i came up with ten good reasons really early on a sunday morning when it hard to think if ten good reasons to do anything.

I can't help but notice that the latest craze in photography at the moment, is color saturating images; so i thought i would give it a go myself, as have never done it before. This is a photo of Jesse shredding i played around with, and this is the result! Yeeaaahhhh.....

If you haven't already seen the photography work of Cole Barash, you don't know what your missing out on. Alot of his work is snowboard focused, but his work does cover a broad range of subject matter. Check out his portfolio here: www.colebarash.com

Here is a small sneak-peak into the next series of artworks i am doing. These are going to be a limited run, and each will be numbered. They will eventually be available for purchase from me, and in select snow/skate stores...keep checking back for updates..
I'm David Ritchie; having majored in Graphic Design at University, i too have a piece of paper (Bachelor of Visual Arts) that tells me i'm good at something. I define myself as being a visual artist, rather than a Graphic Designer. I have a strong passion for art and anything to do with it. I find street art to be the most intriguing, i think its due to the feeling of freedom you get from it, when doing a piece, or even just using the techniques...it also provides a liberating fuck you to all the powers out there that deem it vandalism. I think every piece of spray-painted material, regardless of it original intent, has some amount of artistic merit. So much dope work goes unnoticed.
My other passion snowboarding is a continual inspiration for my work. The entire culture is like a readers digest of ideas..
Above is some of my print/illustration work from last year, which should hopefully get you up to speed on where i am currently with my practice.
im bayley collins and im 24 blah blah blah etc..and i make these animals which usually start out as birds and then turn into something completely different, which i guess is a bit nuts, but i do have a piece of paper (Bachelor of Visual Art and Design) that says i know what i'm doing.
I recently moved up to Auckland from Napier and i am currently hatching a plan.... so hopefully in the near future you will be able to see my birds in bunny suits etc around the city. My work is also available at a gallery back in Napier called aroha lamour www.houseofaroha.co.nz
So yeah please let me know what you think of my work and ill keep you posted on everything that is happening with me and my birds
Also i would like to thank late night shopping and nandos for helping us come up with the name for our blog.
Guess What You Forgot is a web-page dedicated to varied creative disciplines coming from two different backgrounds of graphic design and fine art. I didn't have much of an idea on what to post to kick this thing off, so i thought i'd start with posting a quote from Paul Rand, one of my favourites.
